Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry with your agreement, Konceptux Technologies Inc. stores your name, email, project information, language and contact-consent timestamp in its lead dashboard to respond and manage your project. Inquiry notifications may also be sent by email. This permission is for responding to your request, not newsletter enrollment.

AI assistant

The assistant sends your messages and recent conversation context to Google Gemini to generate replies. Recent conversation context is held in the server session; the public chat endpoint does not automatically create an inquiry or email your conversation. The inquiry form separately saves the information you submit. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive data. AI responses may be inaccurate; confirm important details with our team.

Analytics and campaign attribution

Google Analytics (G-09VFV7KJ0K) loads only when you allow analytics. We measure page views, contact CTA clicks and confirmed saved inquiries. Our event code excludes names, email addresses, questions and project descriptions. Page URLs are stripped of query strings and fragments, and referrers are omitted. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization and Google signals are disabled in this implementation.

With that same optional permission, approved campaign source, medium, campaign and content labels are held in session storage for 30 minutes and attached to an inquiry you submit. Free-text search terms, click IDs and unknown labels are discarded. Your privacy choice is stored locally for up to 180 days; Google may set analytics cookies after permission. Necessary server-session cookies support chat, request security and administration independently of optional analytics. The homepage security challenge uses Cloudflare Turnstile.

Use “Privacy / cookies” to change your choice or withdraw permission. Declining does not prevent an inquiry. Withdrawal clears campaign storage and accessible Google Analytics cookies and stops this implementation from collecting further events; it does not delete previously submitted inquiries.

Questions and requests

Contact contact@konceptux.com about your information, access, correction, deletion or retention. Hosting, email, analytics and AI providers may process information outside your region. Provider settings, applicable retention periods and any additional contractual safeguards must be confirmed with Konceptux for your project.
